1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available only if:
  • The freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon work.
  • The delivered work does not meet the requirements specified in the project description.
• Clients must provide detailed evidence, such as ticket history and project requirements, to support their refund request.

2. How Refunds Work

• Clients can open a ticket through the platform to initiate a refund request.
• Freelancers and clients cannot communicate directly; all disputes must be handled through the ticketing system.
• If funds are not released to the freelancer, the client retains the right to request a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

• The client has already released funds to the freelancer.
• The client fails to provide sufficient evidence of unmet project requirements.
• Refund requests are submitted more than 7 days after the project deadline or delivery.

4. Refund Request Review

• All refund requests are subject to strict scrutiny by TailoredHub's support team to ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Refund approvals are based solely on the evidence provided by the client.

5. Processing Time

• Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 21 business days from the date of submission.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to the client’s TailoredHub account or original payment method.

6. Final Decision

• TailoredHub reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
• The platform’s decision is binding and cannot be appealed once made.

7. Platform Fees

• Any transaction or service fees associated with the project are non-refundable.
